VICE PRESIDENT FOR STUDENT AFFAIRS / DEAN OF STUDENTS
The College of Mount Saint Vincent (www.mountsaintvincent.edu) is accepting nominations and applications for the position of Vice President for Student Affairs / Dean of Students. Reporting to the Provost, the successful candidate is responsible for managing the following offices: Residential Life, Athletics (Division Ill, Skyline Conference), Student Activities, Health Services, Counseling, Security, and Campus Ministry. The College is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to oversee all aspects of the Student Affairs functions across campus. The Vice President serves as a liaison to students and works closely with other members of the President’s cabinet. The VPSA will play a key role in the implementation of the College’s strategic plan which places a strong emphasis on student learning, leadership and engagement.

About The College of Mount Saint Vincent The College of Mount Saint Vincent is an academically excellent, authentically inclusive, Catholic and ecumenical liberal arts college with a total undergraduate enrollment of 1,530, of which 1,475 are full time. About Riverdale, NY The College of Mount Saint Vincent is located in scenic Riverdale, New York, which is an affluent and upper middle class residential neighborhood in the northwest portion of the Bronx in New York City. Riverdale covers about three square miles in area. It has one of the highest elevations in New York City, affording it views of the Empire State Building, George Washington Bridge, Hudson River, and the New Jersey Palisades. It is also noted for the numerous parks and expanses of greenery and original forest that complement its hilly landscape.
