Covenant House Pennsylvania serves homeless, runaway and at-risk youth with absolute respect and unconditional loveAs part of the international Covenant House organization, CHPA is guided by the principles of Immediacy, Sanctuary, Values Communication, Structure and Choice.

RESPONSIBILITIES: He/she is directly responsible for building and executing a robust fundraising plan. In partnership with the Executive Director, the Development Director will be personally responsible for establishing several new major donor and grant relationships each and every quarter.
